Natalia Dominguez, a dedicated TCU Doctoral Student specializing in Higher Education Leadership, currently serves as a Graduate Assistant. Actively engaged in the academic community, she holds positions such as serving on the College of Education Dean’s Student Advisory Cabinet for the 2023-2024 term; she is a TCU’s AACTE Holmes Scholar and the Graduate Student Senate Vice President of Belonging. Natalia’s doctorate research focuses on postsecondary arts entrepreneurship.

Natalia Margarita, an award-winning art teacher with over a decade of experience in the Fort Worth ISD, brings expertise in classroom management, curriculum design, and teaching with an equity lens. Beyond teaching, she excels in roles within the Business Equity Industry, demonstrating a remarkable ability to facilitate individuals systematically and authentically toward their goals. She is an Ambassador for the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and an active Leadership Fort Worth and SteerFW member. 

She has a Master of Education degree from MassArt Massachusetts College of Art and Design and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The University of Texas at Arlington with teaching certification K-12 from the State of Texas. Her diverse educational background and commitment to inclusivity make her a standout in higher education and beyond.
